Mechanical engineer who loves challenges , innovation , trying new technology  and is  working hard daily to get the desired . GATE score of 667 backs up my technical knowledge of the subject  . And passion for product design and CAE keeps me moving forward , also learning python to keep up with the automation in the industry and looking for entry level position in design or FEA domain .
CAD WORK
I love designing making ideas into reality is what amazes me the most . i use different CAD packages like CATIA V5 for surfacing , BIW (gives more control over curve)) , as solid works provides most easy user interface so I love part modeling , sheetmetal , weldments and assembly in solidworks  and can work easily with many other like creo ,UG NX, space claim(for geometry editing) and cloud based Onshape
DIFFERENTIAL GEAR BOX
March 30, 2020
Differential gear, in automotive mechanics, gear arrangement that permits power from the engine to be transmitted to a pair of driving wheels, dividing the force equally between them but permitting them to follow paths of different lengths, as when turning a corner or traversing an uneven road.
it was easy to design and assemble , imported few parts like bevel gear , nut bolts from solid work library.

CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
March 30, 2020

Clutch is the mechanical device which transfers the rotational power from the engine to the wheels in any manual vehicle . Designed and assembled using solidworks and few assembly were difficult but happy with the results.
ANSYS SAPCE CALIM PRODUCTS

APRIL 01, 2020
Space claim is really fun to use easy and saves time don't have to define plane for every new sketch and it makes geometry modification for FEA analysis really easy . here are some of products which I designed while exploring space claim.

CHAIR
USING INSPIRE STUDIO
Feb. 15,2021
It was my first project on inspire studio designed and rendered using the same.
POLY NURBSÂ in studio gives more freedom over surface and many more features which add in better and easy way of modeling.
YACHT
January 12Â , 2021
Just a simple model of Yacht created  using solid works using basic methodology and Rendered using keyshot renderer

CATIA A SURFACE TO B CONVERSION
March 13, 2021
Here I have created a solid body of uniform thickness 2mm from a surface generally known as A to B surface conversion
CATIA GENERATIVE SHAPE DESIGN
March 10, 2021
Few examples of generative shape design and part design  using CATIA

HYPERWORKS PREPROCESSING
I  use Hypermesh for pre processing like meshing , setting up connection and boundary condition  to prepare a solver deck for different solver , mainly focusing on explicit dynamic analysis like drop , crash test . and also using different Altair product like Inspire for optimization , simsolid for meshless analysis and EDEM for bulk material simulation and many more

MESH TRANSITION
March 30, 2021
It is not recommended to use different kinds of element formulation in a given physical part. Fully-integrated and under-integrated elements do not have the same stiffness matrices; but they do have the same mass matrix. The transition of momentum between these two kinds of elements may be a problem.
To reduce the number of triangles and to improve the consistency of the mesh, the transition patterns illustrated in figure can be used.
HYPERWORKS ANALYSIS
AIR BAG AND HEAD IMPACT
Jan 10, 2021
This model was created in hyperworks and than later was exported to ls dyna as a solver , here IÂ studied different types of contact and parameter needed to model air bag.

22 COMMERCIAL BUILDING
January 25, 2021
This model demonstrates the setup of a Nonlinear Transient Analysis using OptistructÂ
Seting up nonlinear material(y providing stress vs strain curve) and using  piece-wise linear elastic-plastic material(MAX36), PCONTX contact property was used . velocity to the rigid body was given using TIC(V) load type and different card for output request were assigned to get the required output
ANSYS PROJECTS
I prefer to use Ansys for static, modal , thermal analysis  working with Ansys is easier as compared to other software as we don't have to define different cards and ability to combine different analysis together makes it convenient
BILLIARD BALL COLLISION
November 14, 2020
This simulation uses explicit dynamics to simulate the process of billiard balls collision. Explicit dynamics is suitable for this type of simulation because it involves high dynamic effects and short duration contact. All the parts are set to rigid bodies to save computational time. The relationship between timestep and contact is also illustrated in this simulation: the time step needs to be small enough to capture the short contact duration, otherwise unrealistic contact penetration will happen

ENGINE CONNECTING ROD STRESS ANALYSIS
April 15, 2020
stress analysRigid body dynamics. It allows us to quickly obtain some kinetic results and make sure the joints connections are defined correctly.
Transient structural analysis. This simulation allows us to obtain stress within a component and allows a relatively large time step compared to explicit dynamics.
COMMERCIAL DRONE ARM BENDING DUE TO HARD LANDING
Jan 30, 2021
When a commercial drone hits the ground from a hard landing, it is likely that its arm will bend due to the high inertia force. It is important to investigate the amount of deflection and control it within an acceptable range. in  this simulation i tried to find out how MSUP can be used to find out the results.
